Help with lighting bug issue

So i am currently working on a faction set up and i am having really bad problems with lighting.

I have searched for hours trying to find a fix and all i could find was suggestion on a plugin that is 2 years outdated. I have tried unloading the chunks, many many lagg plugins to try and fix it and nothing works so i was wondering if anyone had any suggestion on what i can do.

I have tried 3 different computers with 3 different accounts, all the same

Place a block on the black zone

Tried that, but its a flat warzone so we can't really but blocks over it
