Introduction.
Hi, my name is Hugo I'm 15 years old. I speak two languages, english and swedish. I also know alot of german, danish and norweigan. I live in sweden, my timezone is CET. I go to school from 9AM-3:30PM then I workout from 4PM-7PM. I'm just looking for something to do on my breaks in school etc, discord server management is my #1 wish. I could probably spend a few hours a day managing discord servers/staff teams.
Why should you choose me?
I'm a very determined person, when I put my head to something I finish it. That can be a pretty useful quality for a manager/administrator. I'm also not afraid of letting people know that they're doing a bad job or not doing their job correctly. My finest and best quality is communicating though, I cannot sit by and watch if a staff team isn't communicating. According to me communication is THE key to everything if you want to be succesfull. And I will do everything in my power to improve the communication on the team.
Experience.
I've been staff on a few servers but never really managed anything except minor project and groups.
But I was staff on GGMC for 7 months (Senior moderator).
During that time I was head of applications for 3 months, I basically managed the application department. We went through staff applications and helped decide staff members.
Payment.
To start of with I have no plans of getting paid.
