Help with massive bug (PAID)

Hello everyone, I'm an Admin of UniverseMC. We have this bug called "Ce Abuse" Basically allowing anyone with the custom enchantment KillAura to hit players inside of our spawn. This bug has been around for a while,but has just become a major issue in the community. The owner has requested me to make a thread saying we will pay anyone $20 who can help us with this bug. The custom enchant plugin is custom, but it some how bypasses the worldguard regions such as pvp deny, invincible deny, ext. If anyone can possibly take a look into the jar that'd be great. If you can do this please PM me or just simply reply to this thread.
