Help with MobHunting Config

I am using the plugin MobHunting and it's supposed to be able to give certain people/groups perms to get paid by killing certain mobs (ie: a fisherman group would get paid for killing fish). I cannot for the life of me get it to work. It just won't give out money! I don't know if it's the perms or me or what but I'm struggle bussing. #PleaseHelp!
