Help With MultiCraft

Hey, my name is Matthew. I was wondering if anyone can help me setup my multicraft on my windows? I have a dedicated of 128gb's. So, inside the dedicated "VmWare" I created Virtual machine with 32gb's. After I finished installing windows/multicraft, I started having problems after a turned on hub. It say's server was on, but when I clicked on banner it showed off.

For multicraft you would need to add the jar on it, but in most cases you don't.
