First go to namecheap, and set the DNS to connect to Mc-OP or in your case mc-op connect to hecticprison "redirect"

Okay, but in the search bar it would still say HecticPrison. How do I change that to Mc-OP?

I don't think it's possible. You would need to give people your new domain so the old isn't used. However, it's good to have both running with the old one redirecting to the new domain.
