When you say a couple, how many is that? Just thought I'd say, small payments ($0.05-$3.00) make paypal suspicious and usually limit your account until you provide identification.

This happened to me before when I sent them mine photo id and they found out I wasn't 18.

Step 1: Call Paypal and explain your situation..
They'll tell you to create a student account under one of your parents name.
Step 2: create the student account

1. Here's how:
   1. Log in to your own PayPal account.
   2. Click Products & Services at the top of the page.
   3. Click View All PayPal Products.
   4. Click Student Account.
   5. Click Open a Student Account.
   6. Follow the steps to create a Student account.

They'll tell you that you have to wait 45 days since you last transaction to be able to have you money sent to your student account.
Step 4: After 45 days call them and tell them the situation that happened 45 days ago and the instructions they gave to you to do, after you tell them they will ask you for your email to the student account and they will transfer the money.

Beats waiting 180 days..

Student accounts have some seriously stupid limits on them. My friend got his account limited and then just sent in everything and opened a new account and it was lifted.

When your account gets frozen for being under age you can't do much unless you are turning 18 sooner than 45 days.

If you are under 18. Change the account so it is under your parents name. And send in a picture of their drivers licence. If you are over 18 just send it a picture of your drivers licence.

Not at all. If you're under 18 it will happen one day.

Unless ofcourse you mean that you're literally using your parents account, their name, address, bank etc.

It'll just be on their Contact page or whatever! I'd give you the number that I used but I'm Australian so obviously the number would vary from country to country.
