Help with paypal

ive been using an unverified PayPal Account to do some deals for a few months and all was fine.

After I cleared my browser data from safari, I logged back into PayPal perfectly fine. I only noticed the problem when I wanted to send money to someone, they are requiring me to create a PayPal Cash Account which mandates me to fill in the information and particulars I do not have.

Does this mean I can’t use the money forever or transfer it out of my PayPal? All help and light shed on this matter would be much appreciated.

PayPal changed there policys. You need a verified account to do anything now.

Well, Venmo is owned by PayPal, CashApp has many of the same issues, and places like CoinBase also require you to be 18. Basically, minors apparently have no skill with money and aren't allowed to buy or sell anything until they're 18. Bad logic on the sites part.

Just add a bank account to it and it will work (Thats what I do).

its a dummy PayPal in the first place, I wouldn’t be comfortable linking something even if I’m able to

Well I don't believe there is any way unless giving id or linking a card/bank. Maybe link a debit card if not credit card?
