Help with paypal

Heya,

Currently having a problem with PayPal. I am receiving an amount of $15 from a design which I did yesterday and still, t says my balance is £0.00. I have looked at my emails and it says it's been confirmed that the $15 was sent to me by the user. It says the verify your PayPal email (which I did) and said it can take a few minutes for the money to appear. Its been over 15 hours and the money still isn't there, any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure the person paying you has actually paid you?
Also, if the transaction appears in your PayPal but the balance doesn't, make sure you've accepted it by clicking on it and accepting.

I have had the email & everything. I made sure that the person's email wasn't a phishing email which it wasn't. On his screen, it says I haven't accepted it. But when looking in my activity nothing's there.

done that about 1000000 times today. Sadly nothing
