My intel core i5 4460 3.20ghz haswell. is running at 60-64 degrees C. wondering if thats fine or what?

for OP, have you tried to slow down processing power for games and for the pc.

Is this with a standard cpu cooler? And what's the airflow in your system like? Any dust? Because we have the same processor and my temperatures whilst gaming (and YouTube for music in the background) don't get much higher than 50c. In fact they're usually around a stable 40c.
The temperatures are fine by the way. Though can be improved.
