Help with Permissions

Hey Everyone!
I Was wondering if anyone could please set up my permissions with the correct permissions for each rank for UltraPermissions for free or a small payment.

Two Ranks for the member and VIP

• Member
• VIP

Staff Ranks with Purple and Dark Gray
Ex. [Owner/Founder]

• Mod
• Admin
• Dev/Website Developer
• System Admin
• Co-Owner
• Owner/Founder

I'll do this, but I've never worked with UltraPermissions, only LuckPerms, and PEX. I could probably figure out UPerms anyways but LuckPerms or PEX would be the easiest.
