Hello so, I have this one problem that I don't really know how to fix or how to do.
When I do Icons for servers (64x64) I make them first in big sizes (ex 800x800) and then I resize it to 64x64, but it looks really pixelated and blurry. I tryied all the different combinations and all, but still nothing.
I saw some 64x64 icons resized from 1000x1000 or so, and from the distance they looks awesome, but when you look at them closer, it's blurry. I want this exact resolution/effect, so that my resized 64x64 icons looks good from distance.
Any tips?

Up close, 64x64 icons will look pixellated. Due to the nature of what icons are used for, they are not meant to be viewed up close, rather, further away.

For example, here is my 800x800 logo at 100% zoom in Photoshop (look in the bottom left for zoom):

When I shrink it down to 64x64 and have it at 100% zoom it looks small, obviously, but relatively normal:

However, if I were to make a 64x64 image near enough fill the Photoshop canvas like my 800x800 logo it looks like this:

The point I'm trying to convey is that it is okay that your 64x64 icons look pixelated at close distances as nobody will view an icon from a close distance.

Thanks for your point but, I saw some icons from Luisa Draws and Others that have some 1000x1000 logo resized to 64x64 but they are only blurry, and not pixelated. My icons have alot of details, and the logo you showed me is made with 4 or 5 colors so, it looks cool, but my icons are drawn with alot of details.
I'm telling that in some icons I saw, you could still see all the details from distance, but when you look close the icon is only blurry, and not pixelated, this is the "effect" I want to have haha.
Thanks for your comment tho :D

Maybe they use illustrator that is a vector based program and the correct program to use for logos?

Try adjusting the pixels per inch in photoshop.
