Help with plotsquared

Hey

Can someone tell me how to region the plotworld? Meaning a player cannot just go into the world and start breaking the roads and such?
Is there a certain permission node that needs to be in place?
I want the players to be able to break either the plot they own or can edit another persons' plot without having them break the "spawn" and such.

I find it unreasonable to have to go very far out to region, I did this before on my old prison server but cannot remember the way I did it before

Any information would be beneficial!

This is already built in to the plugin. Players can’t damage the roads.[DOUBLEPOST=1530376423][/DOUBLEPOST]Reading the plugins wiki would do you some good.
