Help with Server Development and Management

Notice: I am giving up looking for someone. This thread has existed for 4+ months now and no one has bothered to read through what I am looking for properly anyways, at this point it is becoming more of a hassle to deal with the incoming requests.

Hello, I am looking to help a server with custom plugin development and basic management with whatever they may need. This is not me looking for a "one-off" project. I want to work with a server over the long term, developing plugins, setting up gamemodes, etc.

I am currently at uni for computer science so I cannot guarantee constant work or necessarily the fastest of work either as I do need to prioritize classwork over plugin dev. Because of this, I do not want a "50-50" share as I don't feel like I could devote as much time as I should to such a project.

Anyways, I have been working with Java for at least 3.5 years and Bukkit/Spigot for nearly a year and a half now. You can take a look at some of the plugins I have made over on my SpigotMC page.

I have not worked in depth with server management other than just some small servers run for a few friends and myself and I wish to get working with it a bit more. I am willing to learn how to effectively setup and run a server. Hopefully, this will also help sate my desire to make my own public server. Bit cheaper for me to just help run a server with someone else than to run one from scratch myself, plus then we can bounce ideas off of each other for things to do on the server.

I have made a few small plugins for users here on MC Market and a few miscellaneous plugins for needs I have found on servers I play on. I do hope to possibly work on a larger plugin at some point soon though, something like a custom gamemode that hasn't been done yet or that has some unique feature that other servers do not, along with possibly making a large plugin of my own design for a server (already have one in progress). I do not develop for any versions prior to MC 1.10, just so you are aware.

I may have an opportunity for you to work directly with my lead dev to speed up our progress. We're hoping to transition from our open beta to a hard launch within 1-2 months, but that requires freeing him up to focus on our flagship gamemode. You should know that if we work together you'll start with simpler things, such as bug fixing for our general plugins, but it's possible that you could eventually have a hand in that "larger plugin" you're interested in!

Hey i have a problem with protocol support or protocol lib when any player want join to faction he get alredy conecting to the server and after this null..... another one problem is when any player try to join to the server get kicked with reason Proxy lost conection if you can help PM me please

To get help regarding a specific plugin, you should contact the plugin developers, not a random person on MC-Market. Good luck though.
