Help with server performance

Hello, I need help with the server performance, lately, I've experienced extreme lag on my server.
I have decent hardware, but it doesn't help.
When 20 players are in the server, the TPS go down (10 tps or less).

The server is using 9GB of RAM, and the server specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X - 6c/12t - 3.8 GHz/4.4 GHz
RAM: 64GB ECC 2666MHz
Storage: 2x500GB SSD NVMe

I'm running 3 more servers with the same config, and all are lagging. And I've tried everything, but nothing helps. I have even tried the guide: https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/guide-server-optimization.283181/ but it doesn't help.

How far is the server from where your players on, what version is the server on. Also, how many plugins do you have? The answer to these questions might help in seeing if its your specs or if its another problem.

Just an FYI, that timings report answers all your questions except from "How far is the server from where your players on".

The server is en Canadá and my players are in Mexico, but it doesn't related to the "TPS" of the server.

First assumption of mine would be to do with entities, perhaps villagers.

I am sure with all the reply's you got your help but just to add on, the timings report is literally the answer to all, it will tell you if its server side of client side or if its certain plugins causing issues. Its a wonder
