I am looking for someone who can sit down with me and do some planning. I own a survival server and I am looking for someone to help me with plans.

Also, before anything, the server is already released and stuff. It died off, I am looking to revive it and put whatever I got into it, I love the community so much!
I am not looking for a manager or to actually do action in any of these things (yet). But, I want to plan a bunch for my server. Some things I will require you to do and what we will do/talk about.
Dungeons,
Advertising, (minimal for now tho)
Staff,
You to test the server/log on and give me advice/suggestions of what to change,
Maybe Custom Items for dungeons, (minimal possibly tho)
