Help With Server (Spawners Wont Place)

Regardless of what i do, Spawners do NOT want to work. We've tried adding silkspawners and other plugins but it seems to be a problem with the server its self? mc.minefuse.net Feel free to talk to me DrunkenApples or a member of staff to help us out i really can't rap my head around this.

I found your problem GodRose , and no need PruneGaming.

Their error is ChunkMiner's which prevents placement of spawners, and the best way to fix it is removing Chunkminers.
