help with server texture pack (paid)

I'll pay $1 to who ever has the fix for this.
so i've got a custom texture pack for my server and I'm 99% sure ive set it up right but its not working when i join the server.

so here's what i have in the server properties
resource-pack=http\://www.mediafire.com/file/c3lhces2ag55l47/server_pack.zip?dl=1

When i join the server it does this, And the texture pack is not applied.
