Help with starting Graphic design

If you're not looking to pay for photoshop, I suggest getting paint.net its free and good

Paint.net is good for starting out ^^ Then look at upgrading to photoshop or illustrator once you have enough experience.
Also save every little thing you do, generate a portfolio

Hey there! I recommend the software called paint.net you can retrieve it from their website "getpaint.net"
After you download it, I also recommend downloading some popular plugins/plugin packs.

When I first started out, I used a plugin pack by Pyrochild - I'm pretty sure its an installer, so you open the application and it does all the work for you
