Help with Tebex (Buycraft)

I am proficient in html/css, but haven't really made a lot of sites.

I am wanting to get into the buycraft theme business, but it's a bit confusing for me.

If you know HTML and CSS you shouldn't have any issues with Buycraft/Tebex themes

I've never done them before, so i have no idea where to start. I've never used buycraft/tebex either.
