Help With Texture Pack

I edited a texture for my texture pack, however, when I add the photo to the texturepack (the photo is 64x64) the item is a broken texture. All the other textures work besides this one. http://prntscr.com/ayj9r7 http://prntscr.com/ayja14

Just use a diff packs feather, wont be a biggie.

None of that works, I have tried both.
