Help with unmigrated minecraft account

I bought a unmigrated minecraft account and im planing on getting a rank on it but i was wondering something can the person i bought it off have a transaction id and take it back? i migrated it to my email

I believe the person who made the purchase of the account in the first place will have the TID, and i assume you bought it from some type of alt shop for cheap. I wouldnt buy

Oh so whats the difference between a unmigrated account and a migrated one
