Help with using Bukkit/Spigot plugins on Bungee Hub proxy server

I'm trying install plugins to get my Hub setup correctly, but I cannot install the plugins what-so-ever. I'm really not educated on Bungee and haven't used it till today.

If you could lead me in the right direction on how to use these plugins on the Hub server that would be great, I've seen every server that is a network have plugins in there Hub, and I don't understand why it's not working out for me. I'm needing to resolve this ASAP.

Bungeecord is a proxy that connects your servers together, it's not an actual hub spigot server.
You'll need to put the plugins into the hub spigot server.
