Help with VPS [Ubuntu]

Hello MCM,

I've recently bought a VPS along with a server setup, which I would like to put onto my VPS. I've put the files in through Filezilla and extracted them. My setup is running Paper.jar, which I do not know how to setup through Putty because I cannot find any tutorials.

Can someone please help me?

I am running the latest version of Ubuntu.
