Help with web design / development

Hello,
So I want to start with web developing what do you guys recommend to use to learn?
I want to learn to do Xenforo themes + Buycraft themes.

Well first of all you will need to learn html, css and I'd add js in the mix as well
after you have those down then learn the stuff like xenforo and others

I learned basics on youtube mostly and later on just played around with random projects to increase my skills and knowledge

If you want let me know I can give you link of the guy I watched for basics
