Help with what people want, I'm confused.

I want to open a shop for selling server builds. Pretty much, I got my builder friend and said "let's make a server" and pumped out a fully done Factions server. I wanted to sell this per copy on this forums.
First question; what qualifies for a configured server?
Second question; how much do would people pay per copy?
Third question; how much would I charge if someone wanted me to customize it a lot, change things around for them?

1.) You can't use more than 1 account, thats bannable
2.) You have to have Premium to have a "Store" to sell on Mc-Market

i'm sorry, let me rephrase that; i don't OWN the account, i know the owner of the account, and am trying to get information. hop on over to the "Servers" board and count the amount of non-premium accounts selling there, you'll see more than you've got negative rep.

Okay, please stop spreading misinformation.

There is a difference between buisiness accounts and normal accounts that the whole system was integrated in order to register for a special buisiness account you need SUPREME to register it

Selling is allowed for everyone as account selling is limited for PREMIUM

Having a business account and a normal account is bannable if it is not the special account it will be banned.

BUT PAID PLUGINS MAY NOT BE INCLUDED!

Most pay a good setup from 8$ to 12$ and most config companies or people do per plugin configs from 1$-5$ so if your gonna make a setup make it godly.

awesome, all the basics i already did. does having all the builds professionally and customly done by my boy add anything to it, rather than having some shitty 10x10 bedrock block as a "spawn"? thinking about integrating custom terrain as well.

A fully setup server fully customizable to the users setting.

Depends on the quality of a server. I suggest having screenshots and a test ip that people can see. Normally it goes for around $10 USD.
Third question; how much would I charge if someone wanted me to customize it a lot, change things around for them?
Depending on how much they want to customize between $5-8

Custom terrain thst is changeable from clients liking will add some flavour to your buisiness or even different colors in essentials

i have an entire layout for customizing the essentials colors, did it for my factions. i think i'll look into custom terrain as well, just for a bit of extra spice. thanks!

Sadly yes, unless you get a really good setup with all the wanted plugins.
The highest I've seen one sell is for 15$
but due to the way it is so easy to just copy and sell to multiple people

alright. i want to sell per copy, i've seen someone sell a mediocre factions setup for 6$ a pop.
what i was going to do was going to have things like groups and kits untouched so the purchaser could have it customized to them, as well as everywhere that would say their server name be "SERVERNAME" so they could also do that. i created a simple "member" rank with all the permissions needed for a basic member rank. that's sufficient, right? i figured if someone was to buy a copy of a factions server, they'd obviously want to change the server name and integrate their own ranks / economy.

Don't base your work off of worse setups. Climb for the best setup you can and don't take the easy route bud! :tup:

exactly why i asked this. i dont want to under do it, but also dont want to over do it. i would totally integrate ranks and kits, but i dont know if that's what people want. i figured people would want to add their own ranks and kits correlating to how they'd like their server.
