Ok this is what happened. ConnorDarth asked for one render. i made and gave one to him. then he did not vouched even he knows im asking for it. he replied for another render he said Exemy wants one too. then i made and gave it to Exemy and both of them vouched at the said time.

My Prediction:
ConnorDarth: *sees ugly art* hmm imma try this.
ConnorDarth: lol dude look at this ugly art.
Exemy: lol can i see some more?
ConnorDarth: yeh his name is ThatOneAss he makes ugly graphics. lol imma get one for you, he do this for free.
Exemy: ok
ConnorDarth: *orders ugly art* Here you go dude lol so ugly
Exemy: lol it is. He is saying we need to vouch for him lol ok lets do it i don't wanna make him mad.

I'll be honest, the renders are terrible. However, even if someone asked for a vouch copy the user must give a vouch and give some feedback/opinion on it. Which they have not done, they don't seem too reputable either way.
