If you are going to host a public server, don't use your laptop. Just use a real host. Otherwise, try searching on youtube how to host a server off your computer! :)

Hello, what you are asking could be very dangerous. I would suggest using a host instead. The only way you could host on from your pc publicly is portforwarding it. That means you are vulnerable to DDOS attacks, traces, and much more! Please consider my advice and use a host instead. If you want one for just yourself it can be safe, there are many tutorials on youtube relating to this.
