so basically I'm working on my new server and my files isn't working on the new host Anyone can help me fix this issue

We need a heck of a lot more information to go off of. Assuming the new host is reliable, the problem is that you've done something wrong it setting up the server files on the new host, and you should look over a setup tutorial if you're unsure of what to do. If that doesn't help, just re-generate the server and moving in the files that you need from the old server, such as plugins, configs, worlds, etc.

what LordOfTime said, just saying it doesnt work doesnt help us in any way to help you. Can you please give us exact errors.
