Maybe use OVSUS's Machines to host your Minecraft Servers, very fast CPUs and DDR4 Ram, SSD Drives and he can do custom deals! his machines are in Europe, Germany to be exact and his company is registered in England & Wales.
I would recommend him.

Also, you could try to get Reseller Web-hosting from HostUS and then sell some Web-Hosting aswell as they offer a free WHMCS license, and then that's around $14.99 a month for like 80GB SSD Space, 2.5TB Bandwidth, Dedicated IP, WHMCS License, and then all you need is the Multicraft License (Get At-least 25 Server License + Multicraft Module), and then get a Dedicated Server for your Multicraft, install most of the jars you need, CraftBukkit, Spigot, Forge, and most other popular Jars and maybe get at-least a friend to help you out when you're offline, like a COO or something for your business, get a custom theme made for your website so it'll look proper professional.
