Also it has to either be 32x32 PX or 16x16 PX.

Now if I recall correctly on XenForo (It's been about a year since I used it), you are allowed to add a favicon by simply dropping the
Code:
favicon.ico
into the main directory XenForo is installed in. There should be something labled "favicon" or "logo" within the setup options of XenForo, however if not, I'm sure there's a free add-on that could simply take care of this.

If none of this works, you could also go to the templates (be sure not to mess around with the code) and paste what StretchPvP has provided at the top of the main template (I think it's called "list" or maybe "main" not sure) and save the template.
