Second Owner,

Safes a lot of time and can help you make decisions and stuff. More trustworthy though, since he's part of the Network/Server.

Obviously investments, you aren't losing a percentage of revenue for lifetime due to taking a one time loan/help from the partner. You just have to find the person for the investment, and if its an actually good server it can easily be funded. A Second Owner doesn't make sense unless both of you have plenty of experience and money to actually work something out. (Never do a partnership without a contract as well) I may not have explained it right but investments are the way to go if you actually think the server will go well/take off.
