Yeah tried java 7, java 7 runtime and java 8
Maybe this?

1. Open control panel/
1.5 Go to Windows Firewall and click allow programs through firewall
2. Windows firewall -> Advanced settings
3. Click inbound rules.
4. In the left column should be the new rule option.
5. Make a port rule and create both a TCP and UDP rule, both on local port 25565 (or whatever port you use)
6. In the action section, click "allow the connection".
7. Keep everything checked for where the rule applies.
8. Name it something you will remember and specify which is the TCP and UDP rule.

Don't deal with this user. Doesn't co-operate well at all. Gave him a fix then he started ignoring me.
Isn't that scamming? Considering he didn't give you your reward for fixing his problem?

I suggest going down to your icon, and troubleshoot program, its something with the ips not connecting, had this problem with my old pc multiple time. It just automatically fixes the problem.
