Okay, long story short someone bought my server for $200. Good playerbase. I told them spawn was non-exclusive and someone made the skripts for it and they agreed to the price and everything. Now, they’ve charged back DAYS later saying that it’s not worth that? Now, they want a full refund because they changed their mind. They basically just want heir money back because they changed their mind and now I’m out of $200 because of them. Is this allowed? They said I scammed them because it’s not all custom when I literally disclosed that before purchasing. They saw everything about the server before buying. In my opinion, this is not okay at all and straight out scamming. What should I do? I have a house payment. I literally can’t afford to lose any money right now.

If you have proof of them agreeing to the price then open a scam report (eg. screenshots. chat logs, anything).

Did you set out a TOS?

Also: It's unlikely you'll get your money back unless they don't want to get banned so you'll also need to open a dispute on Paypal.

There’s a dispute on PayPal open already, and a scam report.[DOUBLEPOST=1522776623][/DOUBLEPOST]Also: he made a fake scam report and rep.

They're scamming you. Not you. What's their MCM links?.

Everyone(unless you are braindead) reads what a server has and anything within a thread before buying the server. They paid and they got the server. It doesn't matter if they are saying it's not worth that. They should have said that before buying it. if you disclosed that its not all custom and they didnt read it. It's their fault.

Open a scam report and get em banned. Such scums are not needed on this forum.

Also, they said they’re going to cancel disputes but “not by a computer” which I highly doubt.[DOUBLEPOST=1522779187][/DOUBLEPOST]

Update: now he's mad that I deleted the server web-store when I gave him a week to transfer it to his ownership. He's mad I wouldn't let him use MY account forever.
