I'm a new Graphic Designer and learning, how do I make something like this?

I'd do this by typing out the text then separating the layers. Once you've got that then duplicate the text layers several times moving each layer 1px in the direction you want the text to pop out in. Then merge all the layers but the top one and make them darker. Merge everything together and add a stroke and an inner glow. (Sorry if this was difficult to follow)

I'm not quite sure exactly how to make it, but I know people that do this, they use C4D then photoshop
