use plugman disbale htem all then enable one by one

It could be repetitive server restarts. It could also be an unstable version of a certain plugin. If you're not already, use the Essentials Economy system rather than iConomy or something. And make sure your Essentials is up-to-date for your server version. Using Essential Economy will sustain a stable economy and should prevent random balance resets.

All my essentials is updated to the latest we went thru everything Ino my ram is 93% used so I’m gonna upgrade it and see.
