That's a CSS error from the looks of it (I'm on mobile so I could be wrong). Check to make sure that the file being loaded is named correctly and exists within the directory from which it's referenced.
Our web developer told us it was. He couldn’t seem to fix it in the time he had. Would you be willing to take a look? Or anyone I suppose that has a decent amount of repuation.

also you can replace the # with the actual url to their site.
This is down in the footer and is also messing with the javascript down there.

Do you have your htaccess set to deny direcr access to your stylesheet?
Your link tag is there for it but upon going to the direct link of your css, I get redirected to a different content for a different file. This is probably why it's not working. You can't deny direct access to stylesheets. The user has to indirectly pull information from the stylesheet to set on the site. They can't do that when you deny access to the file.

Did you miss my post about the broken code because i see it is still broken.
Yeah. It’s..really messed up. Not sure what has happened aha! We have someone working on this ASAP who believes they can fix it.
