So I am a Minecraft server Manager, I have managed servers for two years, although I have managed servers for two years I do not have any Management experiences that stand out. I mostly manage smaller to medium sized servers and staff on large servers. Anyone know how I can get to the level where I can start managing/administrating larger servers. So I am looking to become more active in the MCMarket community. How do I get more well known and reputable throughout the community. I am looking to try new things around the market like graphic designing, developing , server owning etc...
