HELP...

So recently my mother gave me a venmo card, I attached it to at the time one of my closet friends account, after we "brokeup" he detached it and now the card is frozen because paypal thinks it's still on his account. any suggestions because I cannot send money or do anything because of this.

Edit: it lets me use it on websites like that allow u to pay with debit/card but it doesnt let me pay on paypal invoices or anything with paypal meaning I cannot buy plugins.

Have you tried contacting PayPal support? The systems might be down because of the pandemic but you may still be able to create a ticket. Alternatively you may want to try to contact the card provider support system.
