cant connect on the server because of this

Connection reset by peer means that the remote peer forcible closed the connection. So you need to find out why it did it.
usually if referring to minecraft servers it might me the online mode or peer authenticator in other words whitelist or its a hosting service error

I'm not the best with this but maybe try updating the server jar and if your server is on a bungeecord, try updating the bungee and or use a different jar like Devster said it could be the server host, i would contact them and ask if it is i recommend switching hosts, but i could wrong.

I did some troubleshooting and it was title manager who was doing it. Thanks for the help i really appriciate it
