I have been possibly scammed, and I paid through friends and family using my checking account.

Not 100% sure I've been scammed but Doge says its public and proved he has login details.

Doge just notified me this user is scammed already.

I try to report a problem with my item,
Since my payment is still pending. What do I do to get my money back? The payment is still pending.

See if you can cancel the pending payment and have him send the money through friends and family, if you're using paypal.

As he is a scammer, he won't willingly send back the money. I'm on a phone right now, and I tried reporting this but it says 'error' since the payment is pending.

Ah. Then I guess you'll just have to wait until the payment goes through. I tried helping as much as I can .

Yeah, I've been scammed twice so far. And I've never had a pending payment, but I'm like 99% sure you can't do anything with the money until it has stopped pending.

I got scammed yesterday, for 2$ but, it was my first time getting scammed on here.
