HELP!

Hello i've recently brought a new server and i have a HCFCORE plugin and some reason every time i add it to my folders in my FTP it doesn't work HELP where do i put that plugin for the hcfcore PLEASE THANKS!

maybe it doesn't load because the version isn't good. So it can be the version of your server or the plugin just doesn't work. Maybe you need other plugins to run that plugin?
