help?

sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I'm having a problem. I registered a domain for my server on fade host's website which also happens to be where the server is from, my problem is when I go to create an a record, when I click to add new record it just refreshes and I get no notification saying it worked. I then go to my manage dns thing and it doesn't show up. I've tried for awhile now and it hasn't worked. If you know the problem, can you please tell me? Thanks.

Also I just bought the domain today(it's still today for me, pretty much everyone else sees this as tomorrow) may that be why I can't manage it?
