Basically
I'm sick, and I've been sick the past few days.
Yesterday I went to sleep around 6pm. And I kept having people scary nightmares :c
Should this be happening?
Through the 12 hours, I've had like 3 nightmares.
I'll explain them if you want to know

Edit // I've also been doing strange things, like waking up in wierdiest positions, and seeing things. I woke up at 6AM, went to sleep 6PM yesterday. I've also been scared of my grand mum every now and then. Since my mum and dad work, my grandmum has been walking in, and I've been getting frightened of her

get yourself some nice music and play it whileya sleep. i cant guarantee anything will change but its pretty relaxing. i recommend relaxdaily, this is my favorite:

In one nightmare, there was a ghost called Morgan C. IT definitely had Morgan and then a second name. But strangely you were a girl who went out with one of my PE Teachers O-O

Oh, forgot to mention. When you sleep, the best scientific theory says that it's your brain storing all of the activities you did in the day, so maybe, like the before mentioned tea, go easy on yourself. And if you get paranoid, just think scientifically.

For example:
I'm paranoid of my grandma.

What I do:
Think to myself, "I'm paranoid because I'm tired, my grandma would never hurt me."
Then hug your grandma and be thankful that your grandma actually won't hurt you.

The issue is, most of the things in my dream - They weren't something I did, some were what I heard
One teacher got sacked from my school for working 2 jobs (Taxi Driver + Teacher), and in my 1st dream, the taxi driver was that guy.
Then my tutor, was in the dream. But she wasn't in school yesterday
And I've barely speaken to Morgan lately.
And I'll do that, and see if it helps.

But I'm also seeing thing in my house. Like my brain is playing tricks on me. Do you know how to stop that?

What are you 'seeing'?

You could call them 'Shadows'. Or 'ghosts'.
I do watch a lot of things which have creepy things in them, but I've stopped through the past few weeks.
It's just scary because I see these things all over my house. And it's only me who sees them.

No I am not joking, I am serious. You literally need to murder someone to achieve your hapiness. It is the only way that you can proceed without being terrified.

My Nan made me some tea - and I'm feeling a lot better after drinking some. I still got a cough and my head hurts a bit, but better then earlier c:
