I see people making money for all these different things, with all these talents...which I don't have any of. So in a short, what's the best way to make money if you have no talents, like drawing, coding, or building?

You could help with advertising. Maybe if you have a youtube channel then you can set prices per video or trailer. And as CheapAndFast said try focusing on something you really enjoy/like doing. Which means not something that you feel forced to do because then it always turns out bad and you get bored easy

These all can be slow processes, but do what you're best at. If you can't do those, start investing in projects you truly trust, and be smart with it. Although, In my opinion Graphics or Development gets good money out of it, However do what you like to do, and what you're best at.

You'll never be good at a skill if you're only learning it to earn money. You have to find something that you enjoy doing.

It's simple, do one thing that you might be interested in and then get better in it.
