Hello MC-Market Community,

I am recreating one of my old Factions Servers! The one thing i am HIGHLY in need of is a Staff Team! Think you have what it takes? Here are the requirements! (There are a few)

1. You MUST have patience. Patience is important when dealing with stubborn or difficult players. HOWEVER you must still be nice to them.

2. You must be 13 years of age to receive Helper-SrMod. The requirement I have for Admin+ is 14 years of age and above (Maturity reasons).

3. Your IGN must be appropriate and your language must be as well. The server must be a clean and friendly environment for all players of all kinds.

4. I will not tolerate hacks. Hacked clients provide an advantage to players and is frowned upon. If caught, you will get instantly banned and there will be consequences.

5. You must be willing to work. There is time for fun, there is time for work. You must know when it is time for each.

These are the main requirements, you must INBOX me through MC-Market OR add me on SKYPE. I will be accepting 1-2 more people per rank if I enjoy speaking to you. (It is hard to pick ).

Hmm, when you have 13 year olds in an Admin position, do they not take it seriously?

Based on previous experiences, there is in fact a difference in maturity between the two ages. They may seem like they are really close and that there is no difference, but the truth is there is. However, if there is proof that the player has the stuff to become an admin, the promotion is available

Ahh, alright. As I am 13 years of age and I've been an Administrator on GotPvP Network and was very mature (I would think). So I was just wondering about that. lol.
