Ill make sure to add this to above but -
I can be pretty immature at times, I can't really give a full example but it happens a bit. I as well am not familiar with plugins, how they work etc.
I will also add a list of servers where I had once been staff.
I can moderate the server for about 2-5 hours a day, considering I have sporting events, camps, and family events during the summer. I will add this to my post as well.

I've worked with him before (at lemoncloud as posted by the fake lemon) and his immaturity honestly surprises me that anyone can be that immature. He makes numerous innaporpriate jokes and when given even a tiny bit of hate often cracks and well has a rage fit. Some of his amazing funny and creative jokes include topics such as; slavery, racism, other staff members family and even a few about the owner. As of yet aedan has shown nothing that would even slightly indicate he has gained any maturity at all. He has been staff on more servers then I can count and in his year at lemoncloud left atleast 15 times (mainly because his staff applications got some criticism). He just likes power that pretty much all I have to say. He applies on most servers within a week of joining them and when denied just leaves. Now onto my final point, if you do choose to let him be staff on your server he definitely won't stick around long. He will abuse and abuse then once he's banned everyone and force tped to everyone's bases and raided them he'll probably quit. My best bet would be he will stay staff for a month or two max before he moves on to try and get a better rank.
Ps. He also lacks dedication and copy pastes the same staff application on every server he applies on with minor edit (most info in a majority of his applications is fake).

No Draconn, you're incorrect. I do not make inappropriate jokes, you guys decide to incorporated into bad jokes. Did you really think that I was joking when I included slavery into a post? Slavery is not something funny, and I never even laughed when I posted that. It was a simile. Similes are used in English class, which obviously you must not take or something because of your grammar issues? Anyways, I actually have not been staff on a lot of servers. As you can see, many of the server's I worked for closed down about a week or so after of me becoming a staff member. This was due to a lack of donations, and that means I couldn't take on and bring the server back. I did NOT leave 15 times. I left twice. Do you have a problem with taking a break?
Also Draconn, I'd like to point out that I did NOT abuse my powers on Lemon Cloud. That is completely false information. I did not go around giving players items, I didn't go around banning players unless they had a reason to be, I didn't do any of that. At that time, maybe I wasn't suited for the job on Lemon Cloud.
I lack dedication? That's also completely false. Lemon Cloud was a server that I loved and I would play countless hours on that server. I would always be on helping players out, making new friends, and enjoying myself. If any of the staff actually decided to create a friendship with me, maybe you WOULD realize that Lemon Cloud was my all and I played it every single day. But no, you guys decided to stay with your group because I wasn't Prestiged yet or some stupid crap like that.
I do NOT copy and paste my applications. That is the sickest thing you could say about me. I have NEVER done that, nor will I EVER do that.

Twelve year old's can be immature. Although, I think that nevertheless I still have the dedication to keep trying.Meh, I've been a staff manager on servers previously with a couple twelve year olds, never turned out well. Don't get me wrong, JJBASH is a pretty good twelviegood luck getting staff I guess haha

It is stated in the TOS/rules....if you read them
That thread was a suggestion to lower the limit to apply to be staff on that server to 12
You voted down that suggestion Implying you do not think that 12 year olds are mature enough to take on the position of helper.
You can also look at your other replies to that thread which would also suggest you are "Immature af" would it not ?
