Well as you known already I'm wanting to be apart of a server any server i have been apart of a lot of servers so i have experienced being staff well here you go i will tell you a bit about me and what i can help

How often can i play on the server:
I can play at least 5-6 hours a day maybe more, just depends on my school work.
How would i act in the community:
I will bring new and improved ideas and or skills, I have the up most respect for every Single staff member and or person, I think everyone needs respect weather they are Staff or just some person that just joined, I will welcome all new players to the server making them feel welcomed and helping them out with anything and everything.
I will live up to my roll, I will be on as much as I can be, there will not be a spare moment when I wont be on the server
I'm an extremely experienced builder, I have been playing Minecraft since 1.0 so I am good with all blocks and I know what blocks suite what blocks, I have also started up a Building company with some friends and have been hired several times to build and all the owners have been shocked with how good our builds were.
Do I really have to start with not abusing my permissions? Not really, because I will never abuse any permissions and or commands I get with being a Staff member, I have coded, Staffed and Managed enough servers to know its really hard to start one up and keep it running as well as some major servers and if we have Staff members abusing their commands we cant keep a good up tight running server, so if I get staff I won't be abusing permissions any time soon.
List everything you can do to help the server:
I could bring my full potential to the network, I will put all of my work and enforcing in to this Server, and use the proper punishments when it comes to a player with inappropriate actions. I could bring all my understanding of the rules and enforce them to the players who need it the most. Bring back the statement on my ambition, I want that, most importantly to be brought to the network, I want to deliver that and make sure it plays in effect. As staff I will certainly be providing of help and be there to players in need of time. As staff member I promise I will,
Experience Hosting:
No, I have no experience actually hosting a server but i have Developed a server from the very beginning, Coding every Single plugin and the end result we got bout 30-40 people a day, but then one of our staff members was really high up, he banned everyone and destroyed the server..
How could i make a difference to the community:
I believe I can contribute to community with my years of Invaluable experience on Multiple Minecraft servers, ranging from Vanilla all the way to Modded. These servers provided interations with players from many different nationalities and friendships that have lasted through years. I enjoy making new friends on servers and exploring different cultures through the TeamSpeak server and InGame Chat.
I also believe I can help the server as I know all of the commands to help out any player weather they are new or experienced. And I am constantly active and good at replying to all my messages. I am also very fair and respectful to all players.
How would you react to players having a large argument on Public Chat.
I would deal the right punishments, but first i would sort out what was going on, i would find out what happened first and who started all of this, if they were swearing at each other i would mute them both for 10 minutes and when the 10 minutes was over i would sort it out from there, i would PM both of them asking what happened, ill ask for both sides of the story first and if they are different to each other i would see what both of their statements had in common and if i find something that's the same i will deal with the right person.
And spamming/using Caps is a different story, i would just give them 3 warnings, at the 3rd warning it will be a mute for 15 Minutes, If you think 15 minutes is long well you wrong, if they get to 3 warnings that deserves 15 minutes.
Anything Else:
One other thing I'd like to add to here, is about Goals. Since day one of my Staffing journey I've been setting goals for myself whether it's to Get the job i am applying for or making the owners feel good that they do not have to do as much because i am around . As a hopeful staff member, I wish to be a role model for the community, and show them it's possible to set a goal, and it's easy to accomplish them with the right amount of time and ability they put into the game.
