Hey! I'm the owner and founder of MatrixSMP. I'm looking for helpers, moderators, admins and managers for my smp server. It currently has almost 100 members on the discord and it's usually around 10 players online. It's also whitelisted.
Helpers: talk with the community, report rule breakers to mods, can also warn, can mute and kick on the discord, can still play as a normal player on the server
Mods: same as helper, can accept or deny applications to join the server, whitelist people, can ban, kick, advertises the server, moderates the chat in the mc server
admin: doesn't play on the server - responsible for coreprotect stuff, finding hackers and cheaters, banning them, rollbacks, also luckperms stuff, doesnt play on the server, sometimes does configs and plugin work,
manager: manages the whole staff team, has access to the hosting, brainstorming, ideas, hosting, $, takes the final decisions
im trying to focus on new projects, thats why I need someone to help me run MatrixSMP.
