Goals: Hoping to release in July of 2018 to establish a minimum of 50 players on release

Server description:
Bedwars network with different tweaked gamemodes to make certain games stand out for players who like to develop those strategies.

An informal list of current assets:
  • Bedwars maps ranging from Solo, Doubles, Triples, Quads
  • Lobby
  • Graphics (Logo, server icon)

  • Simple portal website
  • Discord server
As of right now, no. In the future I plan to pay all staff members with % equity OR set salary.
MOD REQUIREMENTS:
  • Devote at least 2 hours of playtime/moderation everyday
  • Know how to screenshare and identify client mods/hacks
  • Ability to record videos or distinguish between certain types of hacks
  • Demonstrate self control
  • Moderate chat rooms / inherit HELPER duties
  • Optionally: Have past experiences/proof of being mod on other servers

  • Determine reasonable mute times for chat violation
  • Demonstrate self control

PARTNER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Willing to fund AT LEAST $200 USD
  • Able to voice call (Talking is PREFERRED)
  • Legal PayPal. Seriously, I need a legal one if I'm to distribute payments and everything.
  • % Equity can be negotiated
ADMIN REQUIREMENTS:
  • Generate creative ideas
  • Promote/Demote lower staff members
  • Handle disputes in a mature manner (In game, buycraft, discord)
  • Demonstrate self control
HACKER MOD REQUIREMENTS:

Just a quick question;

Do you have some sort of an SS Verified role for moderators that can SS or is it a MUST cause I really hate SSing xd

Mods should use SS as a last resort if they need to absolutely confirm and record video evidence of stopping a hacker who has a sneaky client that self destructs or something.

SSing will be taught by our manager Spoods on discord :)

How will you have enough players to run a solos, doubles, triples AND quads? You said 50 players expected on release? Thats still not enough.
Also, the reason why people play Hypixel bedwars is because they know they can hop into a game easily, so I'm not sure if you will really compete with them

That's pessimistically and keep in mind this post was made like a bit of a while ago in my opinion. I am in talks with youtubers such as Spifey, SuchSpeed, and that one guy on MCM now who claims to be #2 in the MC PvP community next to StimpyPvP.

I'm reaching out to youtubers, have a sufficient budget to hire them all to stream for an hour :) 50 is pessimistic asf.[DOUBLEPOST=1527870814][/DOUBLEPOST]If you also take a look at Hypixel's Bedwars stats, players are not receiving the new Dream updates very well. Rush mode was pretty fun for a little bit but eventually was filled with hackers & lagginess due to the mechanics of the wool building out automatically etc. I've played it, its fun at first but toxic as hell after a few games.

Ultimate is just giving players OP perks in the beginning and seeing how well they can kill beds :p Its honestly not that fun of a gamemode. The gamemodes I'm coming out with have small tweaks but no where are OP and will be fun for players to revisit such as Prototype Hypixel Bedwars ;) ohhh those were the days man.

50 players pessimistic minimal advertisement forecast. I'm in talks with youtubers who have stream view counts of the hundreds xP.

Anyways, I get your concern. Thing is, Hypixel isn't making updates fast enough to Bedwars to retain players, but I have found some nice twists to the minigame for people to enjoy :) We'll also be releasing prototype games related to bedwars.
